Our structured network maintenance and support agreements are arranged to suit your precise requirements, allowing you to decide exactly what sort of cover you would like. This could be anything from telephone support only, right up to regular pre-emptive visits, hardware diagnostic testing, software installation, or computer training.
Alternatively, we already have packaged support options suitable for both the home or business user. Our Remote Support Package offers up to three, 1 hour remote sessions; and up to three, 1 hour telephone support calls with a qualified engineer. This monthly package can be purchased on an “as-needed” basis for only £49 for the month required.
Our On-site Support Package is more suited to businesses (or home users) with only one file server and less than seven computers. This package is a 12-month contract which can be ceased on a month’s notice. Benefits of this contract are: UNLIMITED telephone support, UNLIMITED remote support and two on-site call-outs per month, for only £200 per month.
Support for our packaged options is available between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Terms and Conditions **
The remote support package(UK Only) will include up to three, 1 hour sessions for a paid month; and up to three, 1 hour telephone support calls for that month.This option has no contractual option.
The on-site support package (Greater London Only) will include unlimited telephone support, unlimited remote support and up to two callouts (maximum 1.5 hrs per callout) per month; paying for this contract is an agreement to make a monthly payment at a regular date for 12 months; one month’s notice by email or post must be given to cancel. This package is only for offices or homes with less than 7 computers and maximum of 1 fileserver. Support will be between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
