Maintenance Contracts

Our structured network maintenance and support agreements are arranged to suit your precise requirements, allowing you to decide exactly what sort of cover you would like. This could be anything from telephone support only, right up to regular pre-emptive visits, hardware diagnostic testing, software installation, or computer training.

Alternatively, we already have packaged support options suitable for both the home or business user. Our Remote Support Package offers UNLIMITED remote sessions; and up to five, 1 hour telephone support calls with a qualified engineer. The cost of this monthly package is £10 per computer per month. The minimum cost of this contract is £50 per month.

Our On-site Support Package is suited to either businesses or home users. Benefits of this contract are: UNLIMITED telephone support, UNLIMITED remote support and two on-site call-outs per month. The cost of this monthly package is £20 per computer per month. The minimum cost of this contract is £100 per month; in addition a cost of £75 per file server.


Terms and Conditions

1. Support for the packaged options is available between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

2. The on-site support package (available only in the Greater London area) will include two callouts (maximum 1.5 hrs per callout) per month.

3. Paying for either the remote support contract or the on-site support contract is an agreement to make a monthly payment at a regular date for a minimum of 12 months; one month's notice by email or post must be given to cancel.
